  • How to redeem Proxi Extra points?

    Members can redeem their points to pay, in part or in full, for convenience store products or car washes.*

    Members can redeem their points to pay, in part or in full, for fuel at Harnois gas stations with a Proxi or Proxi Extra convenience store.

    * Excludes tobacco and lottery products.

  • How do I register for the Proxi Extra Program?

    Register directly on the Proxi website or download the Proxi Extra mobile application from the Apple Store or Google Play.

  • What is the Proxi Extra Program offering?

    Convenience Store & Car Wash

    Members earn 10 points per $1 of eligible purchase* and bonus points on selected products at Proxi or Proxi Extra convenience stores.

    Fuel

    Members earn 15 points/L (cash or debit) or 10 points/L (credit card) at Harnois gas stations with a Proxi or Proxi Extra convenience store.

    1,000 Proxi Extra points = $1 in rewards.

    Excludes tobacco and lottery products.

  • Can I use my Proxi Extra card without registering?

    Your card is ready to use as soon as you receive it at a participating convenience store. You can collect points right away, but you’ll need to register before you can redeem them. Register quickly on the Proxi website or through the Proxi Extra app on the Apple Store or Google Play.

  • Can I have two cards in my name?

    No, you cannot have two cards under the same name and email address.

  • Do I have to use my card for each transaction?

    To earn points, you need to present your physical or digital card before each transaction.

  • I forgot my card at home; can I come back with my receipt to get my points?

    You cannot return with your transaction receipt to the convenience store to get your points. If you have forgotten your card, send a copy of the invoice and the Proxi Extra card number to the following email address : info@proxiextra.com within a maximum period of 45 days following the date of the transaction. After this period, the points cannot be redeemed. 

  • I have a problem with my card, who should I contact?

    If you have a problem with your card, you need to contact Harnois Énergies customer service at 450-759-7979, ext. 5959 or toll-free at 1 800 363-2712.

  • Can I transfer my points to another card?

    If you wish to make changes to your Proxi Extra card, please contact Harnois Énergies Inc. customer service at 450-759-7979 or toll-free at 1 800 363-2712.

  • Is the Proxi Extra program applicable in Proxi convenience stores?

    Yes, the Proxi Extra program is only available in convenience stores that have the Proxi banner.

  • I made a purchase and my points do not show in my account, what should I do?

    You need to contact the Harnois Énergies customer service at 450-759-7979, ext. 5959 or toll-free at 1 800 363-2712.

  • Are current and customized offers applicable in all Proxi convenience stores?

    No. Some offers may be available only at participating convenience stores. Product availability may vary from store to store.

  • I buy Harnois Énergies home heating fuel and/or propane. Is the 2% discount on my Proxi Extra points still applicable?

    Yes, the Proxi Extra card entitles you to earn 2% of your propane/oil purchases in Proxi Extra points. For any questions, contact Harnois Énergies customer service at 450-759-7979, ext. 5959 or toll-free at 1 800 363-2712.

  • Can I collect points directly at the pump?

    Yes! You can earn points right at the pump at Proxi convenience stores with Harnois gas stations that accept card payment. Just remember to scan your Proxi Extra card—if you miss it at the pump, the points can’t be added later inside.
